1. About Samruddhi

Samruddhi is a personal finance tracking application designed to help Sri Lankan individuals and households track income, expenses, commitments, and spending habits. It is a tool for clarity and planning — not a financial advisor, loan provider, or investment platform.

Samruddhi does not:

• Provide loans or credit
• Give investment advice or promises of returns
• Guarantee any financial outcomes
• Automatically move or manage your money

2. Who can use Samruddhi

Samruddhi is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Currently, the service is available for residents of Sri Lanka and Sri Lankan diaspora communities worldwide.

3. Your account

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information

Notify us immediately at hello@samruddhi.lk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Your data

All financial data you enter in Samruddhi belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Samruddhi only for lawful personal finance tracking purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service to track funds from illegal activities
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or copy the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
• Interfere with the security or performance of the service

6. Early access

During the early access period, Samruddhi is provided as a work in progress. This means:

• Features may change, be added, or be removed
• The service may experience downtime or data issues
• We will do our best to notify you of significant changes

Early access members help shape the product. Your feedback is genuinely valued.

7. Pricing

Early access to Samruddhi is currently free. Pricing details for future plans have not yet been decided. Early access members will be the first to know about any pricing changes and will be given adequate notice.

8. Limitation of liability

Samruddhi is a tracking and planning tool. We are not responsible for financial decisions you make based on information shown in the app. The data shown is only as accurate as the data you enter.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samruddhi and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep Samruddhi available and reliable. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or make changes that temporarily affect availability.

10. Termination

You can stop using Samruddhi and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify early access members of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
